For us, customer proximity has been paramount since 1991.
KNAACK & JAHN was established in Hamburg in 1965 as a general partnership and was
subsequently changed in 1984 to KNAACK & JAHN GmbH Rohr- und Anlagenbau.
Upon concluding the outsourcing contract in September 1991 for the technical
divisions of Leuna Werke AG, the branches in Delitzsch and in Leuna were
established.
In September 1996, all the branches of KNAACK & JAHN GmbH in Eastern
Germany merged to form the independent company, KNAACK & JAHN Anlagenbau
GmbH.
From the outset, KNAACK & JAHN, as a specialist in the pipeline and apparatus, steel and
plant construction sectors, has been a skilled and reliable partner of the industry. Our
customers include renowned companies from the following sectors of industry: Electricity
generating companies and conventional power stations, environmental protection,
automobile industry including suppliers, food and drinks industry, chemical industry,
pharmaceutical industry, refineries and tank-farms.
At the facilities in Leuna, Lippendorf and Bernburg, we are currently working
resolutely with around 80 employees on the further development of the company
and are consistently dealing with all aspects of newly arising challenges.
